Login the web application page successfully, you will be able to watch the live view on the web. Have not idea how to access web application? See how: Access the web application.
You have two options to access the web live view:
- Access web live view on welcome page of web application
- Access web live view on Setting page of web application
Access web live view on welcome page of web application
You have access the web application and now you are on the welcome page of web application like follows:
By clicking the “Enter” button, if this is your first time to access the web live view page in today, the web application will require you to enter the username and password of your login account. Then you can access the web live view page.

You have access the web application and now you are on the Setting page of web application like follows:
By clicking the “Live View” button, you can access the web live view page.

If this’s the first time for accessing the web live view page. The browser may require an Active X plugin. This Active X plugin will be popped up on the top of browser screen. Please install it.
If your browser has not installed Adobe Flash Player, the live view may show a broken icon, please download one from Internet and install it.
Then normal live broadcast sees as below:
See the tool bar on the top of live view screen:
- Home. Turn back to Welcome page.
- Setting. Go to the Setting web page so you can setup all settings of camera.
- Primary Stream. This option will set the primary stream (The best quality) as live view stream if you select it.
- Secondary Stream. This option will set the secondary stream (The medium quality) as live view stream if you select it

- Live Broadcast button. Play or Pause the live view.
- Speaker button. Control the volume of live view if the camera has a microphone and enables sound feature.
- Full-screen button. Full-screen the live view screen.
FAQ for web live view
Question 1: Why my live view doesn’t display any video, the screen is always showing vertical color bar?
Answer: The camera was enabled the “Privacy Mode“. Nobody can see the live view if the privacy mode is enabled. Please go to the web application “Setting” –> “Camera” –> “Camera Setup” page –> Disable the “Privacy mode” option.
Question 2: I can watch my live view, but the live view is flickering.
Answer: This water ripple problem is caused by the light frequency of fluorescent lamp, you should change the “Light Frequency” option of camera to set the camera frequency to pair with fluorescent lamp. Please go to the web application “Setting” –> “Camera” –> “Camera Setup” page –> Alter the “Light Frequency” option.
Question 3: Why the live view is inverted? Is there a way to correct it?
Answer: Yes, you can turn on the “Enable the image mirror” function or “Enable image flip vertical” function to correct. Please go to the web application “Setting” –> “Camera” –> “Camera Setup” page –> Turn on the “Enable the image mirror” function or “Enable image flip vertical” function.
