I followed direction and am using camera live on mac. It won’t connect or discover camera.
If you cannot connect or discover the camera on your Mac or computer.
Please use APP Anyscene on your smart phone to search if you can connect the camera or not. Regarding how to search the camera on your phone: Firstly, please open Anyscene, then click “add” button. You will find the screenshot below, click Search to find the camera.
If you can find the camera in the “Camera Found” below list, it means the connection between your camera and router is not a problem. If the Mac or computer still can not find the camera, the problem may be caused by the firewall that has blocked the camera, so turn off the firewall temporarily to try again.
If you cannot find the camera in the “Camera Found” below list, it means the connection between your camera and router is not connected very well, so unplug the cables and plug them in to try again.
