Hello, I have followed all the set-up steps but the apps Babelens and anyscene do not give me the option for wifi set up. What are some solutions I can try?

Our Babelens camera seems to only sense motion alarms. We never get voice alarms even if the baby is crying. We have it set up so both should alarm in the advance settings. Is this a known issue? thanks

We recently purchased the babelens camera from Amazon. We have noticed that the app frequently crashes and/or freezes while running on our iPhone 6 (iOS 9.2). Is there plans for a fix or update? Thanks
