Camera does not respond.

I bought this camera new from Amazon back in October 2016. I set it up and it worked great. Over the winter I tried replaying some footage of my car being broken into that should have been captured on the micro SD card and the camera locked up in the process of trying to replay. I have since taken the camera down and removed the Micro SD card. I  tried doing a factory reset but I cannot get the camera to pull an IP address from my router to allow me to login into it. I have IT background so I am sure there is a problem with the camera. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks for your email and sorry for the problem.

    1, For the camera locked up in the process of trying to replay, would you please send us a video to show the problem details, then we will solve the proper solution for you.

    2, We guess you did reset the camera successfully, please press the reset button about 10 seconds, then wait few seconds to let the camera reset itself. After that, please connect the camera to your router with a network cable. Then please try to find if your router can find the camera’s IP address.

    • @Mary Tang: As I indicated in my original post I have followed the reset procedure as it is detailed in your documentation. I have connected the camera to my PoE switch which is connected to my router. I do not see the camera in my ARP table pulling dhcp. The camera has power but it is unresponsive. There is nothing for me to video since I cannot even get logged into the camera at this point. Please advise.

    Thanks for your kindly reply.

    Would you please use the provided network cable to connect the camera to your router directly and powered by an adapter. Not to the POE switch, because we are afraid of there is something wrong with the POE. Hope you can understand.

    Then please use the Camera Live to try to search the camera. By the way, would you please provide us with the order number to our email support@titathink.com address.

  3. I have followed your instructions and the result is the same. Eliminating the PoE did not help. I have also emailed support my order information as you instructed.
