    I understand what you are concerning and what problem you are experiencing. Depending on my analysis, the most probable cause is the camera cable loose.

    This causes the camera unit to lose the communication from camera controller, so you saw the camera controller could be accessed but no any picture shown on screen.

    To resolve this problem, I advise you to try following steps:

    1. Power off the problem camera, and then take out the camera cable from the controller’s CAM port.

    2. Re-plug the camera cable to the CAM port several times, please make sure they are connected tightly.

    3. Re-power on the camera and then see if the problem is resolved or not.
