I changed my ISP, and now my Cameras can’t be accessed trough an external Internet connection. Anyone knows if I need to request specific port to be opened, and if only to be to the Smart Storage Hub? Thanks

  1. I have not yet proceeded to similar situation. But I don’t think it requires a special port, how about re-setup the Smart Storage Hub for a time? Just thinking this may be helpful.
