Everything looks fine, but when I try to see Live Video over the Internet, I hit play, starts at 0%, and then goes back to the “play” sign. And can’t see video, only in the same network.

I have an Android phone.

    Regarding to this problem, Our engineers are testing this problem and initially found that when the camera works on the wifi, some android phones may have compatibility issues and can’t connect the camera, but the ios iphone will not have this problem.

    Our engineers are now troubleshooting this issue, We will solve this problem in this week. I will notify you as soon as we solve this problem, and we will release new version of app on Google play, please note to upgrade your TTSMART app.
