I have a tt531WN Pro clock cam and it has stopped recording any motion detection video at all. Also, it will not record anything when I try to manually hit the record button. I have tried multiple resets and setting up the camera multiple times but nothing works. Hopw do I fix this? ltio

  1. Hi Ken,

    Thanks for your email and sorry for the problem.

    1, If the camera has stopped recording any motion to your SD card, please take out the inserted SD card then insert the SD card to the camera to make sure the SD card is tight. If it still doesn’t work, please format your SD card, then it will be ok.

    2, If the manually hit record doesn’t work, please check your phone’s storage whether is full or not. If it is not, please delete the app and re-download the app to try again.
