  1. Hi Kay, thank you for sharing the question with us. Regards to off line issue, the most cases are caused by a incorrect password, please refer to below steps.

    1. Please refer to following article Please follow this article to set the camera up. After this, unplug the network cable to view the camera wirelessly.
    2. If you had done the above but still states off line status. Please re-plug the network cable and login its web application, click here to learn more about how to login it.
    3. Please jump to ‘Network’ option –> ‘Wireless setup’ option to re-enter the wifi password.
