Lizvie App not connecting

Q:

The App was able to connect (go online) outside the country using a WIFI connection using my phone but it cannot connect here in the US. I have Simple Mobile carrier (T-Mobile subsidiary). How can I get it to connect?

    Thanks for your email and sorry for the problem.

    Please help to check your Phone Settings–>Cellular–>Celluar Data is on and check the AnyScene is on under the Use cellular data for.
