Sd card

Q:

The clock was working good.

Not was detection motion on alarm and I could view it in SD in the app.

Now it says no record events, please insert sd card into slot.

Another question, can this record constantly with me having to leave the app open?

    Thanks for your email and we are glad to serve you.
    1, For the no SD record events, please insert sd card into slot problem, It seems the SD card has worked loose, please take it out and format it on your computer, and then put it back to the camera’s TF card slot to the end to make sure the SD card is inserted well.
    2, The camera can record events if you turn your camera on and make sure the SD card has no problem and insert it to the camera’s SD slot card very well. You don’t have to open the app on your phone. If you want to record continuously, you just need to set the record to full time.
