TTP522PW-B Pro goes frequently on ‘temporary communication failure!’ and needs to be manually reset.

Hi – I have been using this camera since April with a microSD card installed. Although in general it works fine, it goes on ‘temporary communication failure!’ quite often (via the AnyScene iOS app) and needs to be reset manually. Is this a known issue? Is there a fix?

    Could you please let me know which firmware version ran in your TT522PW-B-PRO camera?
    Also please let me know what network was used by your phone when the problem happened, is the Wi-Fi or Cellular network? If using Cellular network, please let me know what name is cellular network carrier. is T-mobile or others?
